Putyatin Island
 A
two-day tour of the on of most beautiful islands of the Bay
of Peter the Great - Putyatin Island - known for the "Rodnoe"
manor of Alexey Startsev, a merchant and a son of N. Bestuzhev,
a famous "Decembrist". This talented businessman
has planted wonderful fruit gardens, set up porcelain factory,
the production of which was well-known all over the world;
tobacco and silk plantations, and horse-farm. Another attraction
of the Island is the Lotus Lake.
Tourists leave Vladivostok by motor-boat having two-hours
sail to the Island.
After arranging of the beach camp, they spend two unforgettable
days, walking along the Island's picturesque coast line and
Lotus Lake, ascending the Mountain named after Startsev and
visiting the burial site of the merchant.
Swimming in the clean marine waters and fishing are the very
nice components of the tour.
