HOW TO MAKE A TICKET ORDER THROUGH OUR SITE
VERSION 1 - FORM OF PAYMENT - THROUGH THE BANK
1. IF YOU ARE ABROAD:
Please, fill in the form in this page to advise us about the exact route and the date of the departure in one way or round trip.
Our agent will offer some proper choices. When you find the best one, discuss it with the agent and explain how you want to get the ticket - to where DHL/UPS should send it or who would take it (yourself or some other person).
The agent will calculate the airfare (and possible taxes) and the cost of postal service (if necessary).
If everything is appropriate, you should inform us about:
- your passport number
- its expiry date
- the country of passport issue
- date of birthday
- your FULL name
Your passport information must be quite precise to avoid any trouble at the airport.
We'll book the ticket, send you an invoice for the payment through the bank. Usually we receive money on our account on the third (maximum forth) day after pay.
In case of using the postal service, we'll advise you the date of dispatch and the package tracking number and also control the process of the delivery.
2. IF YOU ARE IN RUSSIA:
You can pay for the ticket in cash or through the bank as described above at any branch of our agency.
VERSION 2 - FORM OF PAYMENT - CREDIT CARD
1. IF YOU ARE ABROAD (MASTERCARD AND VISA ONLY):
