Dear Victor and Julia,
It has been so long since our jorney in Kamchatka that you might have thought that I had forgotten you. Not so. Only life since the end of August has been busy.
The photos I enclose may be of interest. They show whta a wonderful country is Kamchatka. Unfortunately the camera was kaput after Tolbachik so I must return to record the other wonders you showed the group.
I am of course not the only who would like to return to Kamchatka. I have spoken about the holiday, your hospitality and the many places we visited, with many friends and colleagues and all are interested in having some information.
Lastly please say thank to everyone. It was a wonderful vacation, the camping was good, the food was excellent, the walking was superb. Even the long jorneys by bus were enjoyable.

Dear Mr. Slava Savruev,
I would like to publicly thank you for the great way you pampered me before and during my brief stay in Vladivostok. I would in fact call this page not a “guest book”, but a “friends’ book”: that was the impression I had since my first contact with you.
Being an Italian who decided to make the Trans-Siberian trip as an independent traveller, I had many problems, the main of which was buying the plane ticket from Vladivostok to Italy, since no travel agency in my little town was able to provide it.
Not only you sent me a list of planes, timetables and prices (and in my decision also your web site helped me a lot), but you booked me a flight, allowing me to pay when in site, and, most important thing, you didn’t charge me an outrageous amount just because I was a foreigner. This could seem a usual practice, but it was not in my experience, because, in buying the Trans-Sib ticket through the Internet, an agengy based in Moskow charged more than 100 $ in addition to the price I would have paid buying the ticket by myself at the station or (I discovered later) at the airport!!
But, in addition to this, the astonishing welcome I received at my arrival in Vladivostok is the one I will remember for long time: even if it was 5.30 in the morning, you came to greet me on the platform and then accompanied me to hotel for an early check-in. You then made sure that everything was fine for the issue of my ticket the following day and, most of all, you gave me all the necessary information to reach the airport on the day of my departure.
Unfortunately I spent only one day in your town and could not take advantage of the packages you prepare for the incoming tourists, but I am sure that, if everything is taken care of in the same way you prepared everything for me, these are the real tools to better know and appreciate a stay not only in your town but in your region.
In thanking you again for the warm welcome, I assure you that I am advertising your services and your agency to everyone who is interested in travelling to the Russian Far East and will be addressing to you again if, who knows, one day in the future, I will decide to visit your region and/or the neighbouring regions (mainly Kamchakta) with more time at my disposal.

I would like to congratulate you, and your staff, for the excellent service and reception given to me and my son, Nicholas, during our recent visit to Vladivostok.
Your staff, Svetlana Smirnova and Marina Goleneva, did an outstanding job of planning and executing all the events and trips of our, one week long, visit.
During our extended e-mail correspondence in planning this trip, Svetlana's response to all my requests and questions, was quick, positive, and extremely informative.
On our arrival we were received like long lost family members. These two wonderful ladies were not only efficient in making us comfortable, but also kind, understanding, hospitable, informative, and extremely generous in their attention to us.
Svetlana's choices of events and trips, which were conducted with extremely knowledgeable guides, made our trip very informative and memorable.
I must say that I never felt so comfortable and cuddled as I did on this wonderful trip.
